Merge PDFs in the Right Order

Ready to try it? Open Merge PDF online free and follow the example below.
A practical workflow for combining documents into one readable file.
Plan the final document
Before selecting files, decide the order your reader needs. A covering letter might come before a form, followed by supporting pages. Open each original and check its page count. File names help you identify a document, but they do not prove that the pages inside it are complete or current.
Arrange before merging
Open Merge PDF, select your files and use the move controls to put them in order. The tool combines files in the displayed order. It accepts up to 10 files with a combined size of 40 MB and up to 500 output pages. If a document is password-protected, use an authorized method to unlock it first.
Check features that may change
Combining pages is not the same as preserving every interactive feature. Digital signatures, bookmarks and form behavior may not survive. If a signed document must remain legally or operationally intact, follow the recipient’s instructions rather than assuming a merged copy is equivalent.
Review the exact download
Download and open the combined file. Check the first page, every document boundary and the last page. Look for duplicates, missing pages and unexpected rotation. Keep the originals until the recipient accepts the result. If you need only part of a source, use Split PDF first instead of sending unrelated pages.
