Privacy, in plain language.

Effective October 14, 2026. This notice describes the current DailyToolbox application, including what happens to text and images entered into its tools.

Your tool inputs

Text conversion, calculations, date conversion and file processing happen in your browser. The application does not transmit those inputs to a server or store them in a database. Inputs remain in page memory until you clear them or leave the page. Downloads are saved to the destination you choose. Clipboard copying happens only when you press Copy.

Hosting and browser requests

Loading a page sends normal network requests to our hosting provider. Hosting and access infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser details, request times and security logs. The hosting provider may also use authentication or security cookies. Local processing of tool inputs does not mean the host receives no connection information.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-L2EDF3X100) on public content and tool pages to measure visits and usage. Google Analytics may use cookies and process page addresses, browser and device information, and approximate location derived from connection information. Our implementation does not send tool inputs, uploaded file contents or contact messages as analytics events. Analytics is excluded from the contact form and private administrator inbox. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag configuration. Browser privacy controls or an analytics blocker can prevent measurement. Hosting infrastructure may separately use authentication or security cookies. Advertising remains subject to the separate advertising consent controls. We also use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session replay to understand how people navigate our public pages. Clarity processes interaction, device and usage data and may use cookies. Page text, including tool inputs and results, is marked for masking in recordings. Clarity is excluded from the contact form and private admin inbox. External links and shared devices

External sites have their own privacy practices. Avoid entering sensitive information on shared or untrusted devices. Browser extensions and clipboard managers may be able to access page or clipboard content independently of this application.

Messages and suggestions

When you use our contact form, we store your optional name, subject, message type and message in our database so the site administrator can review them. Messages are not public. An hourly salted hash of the connection address is used temporarily to limit spam; the raw address is not stored in the message database. Do not submit sensitive information. Use the contact form and your submission reference to request removal of a message.
