PLAINTOOLS / ABOUT

Built for the small jobs.

DailyToolbox is a worldwide web app for everyday tasks at home, school and work. Our collection includes PDF and image tools, calculators, converters and writing utilities. Specialist tools serve particular tasks; they do not limit the audience of the website.

DailyToolbox is an independent collection of free utilities for everyday digital work. It focuses on everyday calculations, unit conversions, splitting bills, counting days, focus sessions, counting and cleaning text, formatting JSON, converting text encodings, and resizing images. The purpose is to make these tasks understandable and accessible without an account.

What we promise

Calculations and file tools run in your browser. Currency rates and connection tests use clearly identified external providers. Each utility explains its method and limitations. We do not invent ratings, user numbers or endorsements. If a conversion fails, the interface says so instead of silently returning a misleading result.

How the site is supported

The tools are free. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits and usability on our public pages. Advertising spaces are reserved for future ads. See our privacy policy for details.

Accuracy and maintenance

These tools use browser APIs. Results depend on the definitions documented on each tool page. Verify outputs before using them in production or submitting work with strict formatting requirements. This site does not claim certification or affiliation with Google.

A practical collection for everyday work

DailyToolbox is a worldwide collection of small browser utilities for people completing ordinary tasks: preparing attachments, checking calculations, converting measurements and cleaning up text. Choose the tool that fits the task rather than trying to make one operation do another job. The Nepali date converter serves a specific calendar need alongside the general-purpose tools; it does not define the audience of the site.

The interface comes first. Instructions, worked examples and limits remain available below it when you need to understand an answer. Calculations are not professional advice, and a successful file export does not establish that the result meets another organization’s requirements. Keep original documents and review output before submitting it.

Tool processing happens in your browser. Loading pages still involves hosting requests, and the contact form is different: it stores your submitted message so the administrator can review it. Read the privacy policy before sending personal information. You do not need a tool account to use the public utilities.

If you spot a mistake, use the contact form with the tool name, browser, expected result and a small non-sensitive example. Please describe what you did before the error appeared. This makes the issue easier to reproduce without asking for your private file.
